Check your network connections> Click on the network towers in the lower right corner of the screen>Network settings will open>If you are connected to your dock station check the Connections: drphillipscenter.biz should display connected. Check your ethernet connection from the back of the phone to the dock station and from the back of the phone to the wall/floor mount plate.
If you are connected via WiFi (wireless) ensure that your are connected to one of the DPC WiFi networks.
Exit and then restart Outlook
